Britain’s acclaimed matinee show, We’ll Meet Again is coming to The Lowther Pavilion on Sunday, April 24 at 2.30pm.
Produced by Duggie Chapman MBE, comedy entertainer Steve Barclay will be giving impressions of the wartime comedians and by special request Andy Eastwood, Britain’s greatest virtuoso of the ukulele returns to the show while West End singing star Maggie O’Hara will be bringing the songs of Vera Lynn, Gracie Fields and a touch of Ann Shelton.
There is a full supporting cast with Mervyn Francis, former singer from the Black and White Minstrel Show and special guest comedian and multi-instrumentalist Peter Lindup.
The Martyn St James Band will provide the show with a good, old-fashioned variety of live music, as tribute is paid to our armed forces of yesterday, today and tomorrow.
