Ribble Valley snaps appeal for World Photo Day

Photographers are being invited to celebrate World Photo Day by submitting photographs of the area.

House builder Taylor Wimpey are holding the competition and want snappers to take inspiration from the picturesque Ribble Valley and Clitheroe’s hidden gems to create a stunning photograph.

The winning image will be displayed in the sales office at its Ribble Meadows development, Clitheroe.

Chloe Dunn, associate sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey Manchester, said: “Clitheroe and the Ribble Valley have some stunning views, so we’re anticipating lots of amazing entries to be submitted.

“Our Ribble Meadows development has a lot of visitors so this is also the perfect opportunity for any amateur photographers to showcase their work.

“If you’re a keen photographer and want to showcase what you can do, submit your entry along with the name of the area you have photographed prior to the deadline on September 10th.”
