Final guests of the Garstang Unplugged autumn season are Clive Gregson and Liz Simcock.
One of the finest guitarists-songwriters around, Clive has followed many musical diversions and first attracted attention back in 1980, when his now legendary band ‘Any Trouble’ burst onto the music scene.
Clive now has 13 solo albums and has worked with all the greats including Richard Thompson and Nanci Griffith.
His November tour sees him celebrating his collaboration with Christine Collister and this time, singer-guitarist Liz Simcock takes the female lead. She’s a fine performer in her own right, working mainly in the south east.
Together, they’re said to be something really special and you can see them at Garstang Unplugged, The Kenlis Arms, Ray Lane, Barnacre, Garstang, PR3 1GD on Thursday, November 19, from 8.30pm. Tickets are £12.50 through the website, on the door, or by reservation on 01995-602795.
