Cloud watching enthusiast, Catherine Lancaster, believes she has spotted Eddie “the eagle’’ Edwards in the skies over Pendle Hill.
The self proclaimed lover of Nephelococcygia, the art of finding shapes in clouds, said that she saw the British Olympic cult hero last week.
“I saw the shape of a ski jumper over Pendle and Wiswell Moor when I looked out from our back garden, I immediately thought of the new film just out ‘Eddie the Eagle’.”
It is not the first time that Catherine, of Clitheroe, has been amazed by what she has seen.
She said: “I can see faces in fire, wallpaper, allsorts! I’m forever taking photographs.”
“A while back I saw John Lennon and George Harrison in the clouds.”
Can you see what Catherine can see? Or has she just got her head in the clouds?
