A 49 year old woman has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with dangerous driving following an incident involving a group of cyclists on Easington Road, Slaidburn.

Pamela Breaks is alleged to have deliberately opened her door to knock a rider off his bike and then deliberately driven at a cyclist as he tried to film her.

Breaks, of Easington Road, Slaidburn, pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving, failing to stop and failing to report an accident. She was sent to Preston Crown Court to stand trial.
