Robin Hood arrived in the leafy Lancashire countryside
– along with a talented team of merry men and women.
Whitechapel primary school’s gala night production was performed to much praise.
All 73 pupils took part in a musical play version of the popular story, with the major parts taken by year six pupils.
The school has also commemorated the anniversary of the outbreak of the First World War by growing poppies and decorating a giant poppy for an inter-schools contest organised by Barton Grange Garden Centre.
