Emma Proctor who runs the Longridge based cleaning service said: “The walk was amazing, we set off from my family farm on Jeffrey Hill and walked all the way around Every car that passed us made a donation - I’m overwhelmed at every penny raised.

I’d like to give a great big heartfelt thank you to all my family, friends, strangers and all the local shops for their donations and thanks to the New Drop Inn who donated a meal for two voucher and the White Bull at Alston for their kind £25 off voucher.”
