During “Rainbow Day” a cheque for £380.08 was sent off to Caritas International, which is a confederation of 165 Catholic relief, development and social service organisations operating in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide. The money had been collected by the school children during Lent in their St Joseph’s Penny money boxes.

Year 5 pupil Gabriella Ferguson (10) went that extra mile during Lent completing a sponsored skip to raise a further £50.10 for Caritas.
